Refund and Returns Policy

Due Sorelle Patisserie is committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. However, if you find that the product you have received is not what you ordered, damaged, or of poor quality, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing us at Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging. Our products are perishable food items, and taste is subjective. As a result, we cannot accept returns solely because the product did not meet your personal taste preferences. All our products are hand-made, and variations in colour may occur. As a result, we cannot accept returns based on differences in colour from what was displayed on our website. Gift cards unfortunately cannot be returned.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Inscription orders with offensive, obscene or hateful language will not be fulfilled.

Delivery and Collection Policy

Collection. Due Sorelle patisserie staff looking forward to see all our customers at our store based in Falkirk, 181 High street, FK1 1DU. While it is generally not a problem for clients to transport smaller cakes, self-transporting any cake is at your own risk. Due Sorelle patisserie do not recommend clients self-transport Cakes over 2 tiers tall, or any cake for a journey of more than 3 hours. Please not that we are not responsible for any damage that may occur to any client-transported cake or other desserts once it has left our store.

Delivery. To guarantee the quality of our products Due Sorelle patisserie do not use a courier service for orders within the UK, our cakes and other desserts are personally delivered by a member of our team. We will offer local delivery in Falkirk and surounding areas (Camelon, Larbert, Stenhousemuir, Bonnybridge, Bo‘ness and Grangemounth) with some exeptions by request. We do not offer option to choose delivery time slots. All deliveries will be made on our working ours (9am -6pm). Please note that Due Sorelle Patisserie is not responsible for delivering to the incorrect address if the address is provided incorrectly. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, the recipient must collect the order from our local shop based in Falkirk, 181, High street, FK1 1DU.
