When my order will be delivered?
- At Due Sorelle Patisserie, we take great care to ensure the quality and freshness of our products. That’s why, for orders within Central Scotland, we don’t rely on courier services. Instead, our dedicated team members personally deliver your cakes and desserts right to your doorstep.
We proudly offer local delivery in Falkirk and surrounding areas, including Camelon, Larbert, Stenhousemuir, Bonnybridge, Bo‘ness, and Grangemouth, with some exceptions by request. - Please note that we don’t currently offer the option to choose specific delivery time slots. All deliveries will be made during our working hours, which are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
While we strive to ensure accurate and timely delivery, it’s important to provide the correct delivery address. Due Sorelle Patisserie cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses.
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the recipient is kindly requested to collect the order from our local shop located at 181 High Street, Falkirk, FK1 1DU. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to assist you every step of the way.
When can I collect my order?
- We’re excited to welcome you to Due Sorelle Patisserie! You can collect your order in person at our store, conveniently located at 181 High Street, Falkirk, FK1 1DU. Our staff is eagerly looking forward to seeing you and assisting with your delightful treats.
While it’s generally not an issue for clients to transport smaller cakes, we want to ensure that your dessert journey is as enjoyable as possible. For self-transported cakes, please keep in mind that it’s at your own risk.
Due Sorelle Patisserie doesn’t recommend clients self-transport cakes that are over 2 tiers tall or any cakes for journeys lasting more than 3 hours. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any damage that may occur to any client-transported cake or other desserts once it has left our store.
